Objective:
Casino Hold’em is a popular variation of 5 Card Stud Poker, where the players compete not against each other but against the dealer. Like in all poker games, the objective is to obtain the highest ranking hand, using the two cards dealt at the beginning of the game and three of the community (“flop”) cards. Our game of Casino Hold’em will always display to you your best possible hand, as well as allow you to bet on the chance of two Aces being drawn (a “AA” bet).
How to Play:
Casino Hold’em has a very defined game structure and layout. Follow the steps below for an overview of how the game goes:
- Click on a chip to select a chip value to bet with.
- Click on the ante and AA bet area in order to place a chip there. Another chip will be placed for every click you make, and a chip will be removed for every right-click you make. The “Clear Bets” button can be used to clear the table of all your current bets.
- Click on the ante and AA bet area in order to place a chip there. Another chip will be placed for every click you make, and a chip will be removed for every right-click you make. The “Clear Bets” button can be used to clear the table of all your current bets.
- If your hand includes a pair of Aces then your AA bet will be won – if not it will be lost. If you win it you must collect your winnings so as not to lose them! Your best possible hand from the 2 initial cards and 3 flop cards will now be shown to you by the game.
- The next step is to either “Call” or “Fold”. To continue the game you need to Call. This can only be done if your bankroll is large enough to double the ante. If you either think that your hand is not good enough to continue the game or your funds are insufficient, you can choose to press the “Fold” button and start a new game.
- If you call, the dealer will now deal an additional 2 flop cards to the table and then reveal his/her final hand. Again, your best possible poker hand will be shown to you. If it ranks higher than the dealer’s hand, you will win both your ante and call bets back plus payouts. If it ranks lower than the dealer’s hand then you will lose all the bets you have placed.
- To play a new game of Casino Hold’em, click on “New Game”. If you wish to bet in the same way as in the previous game then you should click on “Rebet”, otherwise repeat the above steps.

Hand Rankings:
- Casino Hold’em considers all Aces as wild cards, so depending on your hand, they can be used to complete a high or low Straight.
- If your hand is the same as the dealer’s hand, then the person with the highest ranking left over card is considered the winner.
- The Casino Hold’em software will display your best possible poker hand at each stage throughout the game.
- If your type of hand is the same as the dealer’s (e.g.: a straight) then the person with the highest card values is the winner (Ace is highest).
- The dealer must have more than a pair of 4’s in order to be eligible to continue playing against you after the Call bet. If he/she doesn’t, then your bets are returned to you and your ante paid out according to what you have.
- If the dealer has higher than a pair of 4’s after the Call bet stage, you will be paid even money on the Call bet if you win, plus the ante bet will be paid out as shown in the tables below.
Payout Table:
The table below shows the payout percentage you will be paid out when you have a winning hand:
